Mobile PC magazine released this list of the Top 100 Gadgets of All Time, and there is damn funny lookin' stuff there.
Zippo lighters hit the charts at a wopping 81st, but the Atari 2600 hung in there for a respectable 9th. Beating out the iPod, abacus, and even the Sextant. WOW!

This thing is a bit scary, I think it might try to eat me or something if I plugged it in, but it's supposed to be a mechanical mouse. Hehehe, you'd be the talk of the LAN party with that bad boy bolted to your tower eh?
Hehehe, anyway - check out the list, it's worth a good laugh.

So how many of you remember Quake III Arena? Wanna have some FSP frag time fun? I just installed that again the other day, and you know... I think that has got to be the best FSP I have ever played. Hands down.
Doom 3 is cool, has some kick butt graphics, Halo is awesome; but Quake is the best damn game. Don't argue. Don't deny it. Accept your role in life as a Quake junkie, and you will be in a much happier place.
So if you've got a itch to scratch - look for me I'll be playing. Server name: PennFrag.
Don't forget the update either - you'll need it. Point Release 1.32

Since when was it a sign of being cool that you collected and/or read comic books? Back in the day, when I collected and read comic books, it was not cool and you were a geek. Nevermind that for a while, there were dozens of high quality books being produced with top-notch art and excellent storylines.
Now, it seems every other movie being released is based on a comic or comic book character.
- Superman (old, I know)
- Batman(the good ones, bad ones and the new one which looks awesome)
- Spiderman (1,2, and 3 which will be out next year I think...)
- Howard the Duck (80's with Lea Thompson)
- X-Men
- The Punisher (both the old crap-a-rific one, and the new good one)
- Daredevil
- Judge Dredd (I didn't break da law... I AM da LAW!!!)
- The Hulk
- Electra
- Catwoman
- Hellboy
- Sin City
- Fantastic 4
- The Crow
- Constantine
I'm sure there are some that I am forgetting as well. Not to mention all of the animated movies and series that are based off of comic book characters. It is the new "greatest thing ever" to make shows and movies out of comic books. Too bad half of them suck! Like Daredevil! What a steaming pile that was! WTF was Bennifer thinking with that one? He said he loved Daredevil and just had to make the movie - too bad he screwed it up and made it one of the worst movies ever. As a matter of fact, I think he ties ol' Dolph with the first Punisher movie. I digress....
I like comics, right now as a matter of fact I love Spiderman and am thoroughly entranced in the Amazing Spiderman novels written by Michael Straczynski and penciled by John Romita Jr. They are awesome! Anyway, I'm not complaining; well I was about Daredevil, I hope the trend continues and some more outstanding movies get made. I really want to go and see Sin City, it looks great. I'm looking forward to the next Spidey, and hopefully another X-Men...

I am downright giddy! One of my favorite geek-toys(Think Geek) sites has seen fit to feature my Stikfas Blue Ninja in it's Action Shots section. Check it out!
I have to find him a rep now, and see how many more gigs I can get him. Maybe I can convince Sony pictures to ressurrect Kung Fu Theater on Saturdays - Chow Yun Fat look out!
Now for those of you who are not hip to what Stikfas is/are... go here! NOW! Stikfas are cool little poseable action figures that run the gamut of personalities and come disassembled (my favorite part). You get to put them together, put decals on them to personalize them and then let them do furious battle at night whilst you sleep. Maybe not that last part, but they are cool. There are a plethora of places to get Stikfas and clue in.
Click here to get with it...

I had to post it, the Emperor made me do it. My brother just sent me this photo of his newest family member to grace his shelf, right next to the Joe cartoon Jerbil, and the Kubriks Punisher... DARTH.... TATER!
May the forces of good and the rebellion beware - there is a new Lord in town, and he's damned if he's gonna get deep fried without a fight! WTF? This stuff cracks me up. I saw this for the first time a few months ago and it still slays me. Lucas/Star Wars is going off the (commercialism) deep end. You should see the little Playskool Star Wars toys and figures too, they're hillarious. We bought a ton of them for my kids when we saw them at KB Toys (which was being closed due to the freakin' Walmart right next door) at 25% off.
I don't know what's next, but I'm sure Lucas and crew will find a way to milk this franchise for another 25 years. More power to them I say - people keep on buyin' it.... so WTF?!
I guess I should say too, I'm no different - I almost bought good ol' Tater just 'cus it is so damn funny - not very intimidating though...

This new ASUS case is awesome! Made of a molded High-Density plastic shell with UV paint coating to give its sleek gloss and protection against scratching - this case surpases the designs by Alienware to take the leaders position for innovative and functional case design.
Keeping with trends, the Vento features a rigid steel chasis, and tooless component placement. Some other features include massive vents, a side door vent, large, stable rubber feet with an aluminum bezel - and a quite simple one touch hatch on the front which automtaically opens with a single press. It also features a cable management system integrated into the back, and 4 USB and 2 audio ports right on the front.
Simply breath taking, and I can tell you right now, my computer is going to be upgraded with this masterpeice shortly. It sells for around $165.00 without a power supply, and fits ATX form factor MoBos.
Check it out at ASUS online, and don't miss the Flash site for it too - just a fine peice of work all the way around.
